From our headquarters in Kapolei, Hawai‘i, we operate at the intersection of federal construction safety and small-business excellence. Every engagement we accept is structured around two non-negotiables: SDVOSB program integrity and audit-ready documentation.

We work alongside prime contractors who serve NAVFAC Pacific, USACE, and Department of Defense customers — placing Site Safety & Health Officers on active job sites, supporting safety program development, and absorbing the operational complexity that primes need pushed off their plate.
